Rav 4 2.2 Driver Injector P/n

HELP HELP HELP!
Hoping someone can help with the correct P/N for the driver Injector module for a 2007 2.2 D4D Rav .

I have been told by Toyota and others that the P/N for this item is supposed to be 89870-42040 however, many 'experts' have told me that P/N 89871-71010 is also the correct part.
Anyone out there who wants to check what P/N is on their module..Please!
It is located on the crossmember at the back of the engine...just below where the bonnet closes .
I live in Canada and there is no support or parts here for the 2.2 D4D...so I need to be absolutely sure about the number before I buy one from the UK.
Really appreciate the help.

Looking at the parts catalogue 89870-42040 only fits a Rav4 with the 2AD-Ftv 136bhp engine built upto 12/2008, part number 89871-71010 fits many models such as Auris, Corolla, Avensis, Dyna, Hilux , Hiace, Landcruiser etc but it does not fit a Rav4

Mind you...would be nice if an actual owner could check their D4D and see what P/N is installed on their car.

Funny, when you call around the dismantlers etc...they all tell you that the 89871-71010 works.....

I hope I'm not adding unnecessary confusion. I've just looked at mine and the label reads as follows:

TOYOTA

89871-20080

131000-1566

12V

DENSO Made in Japan

My numbers don't look anything like yours but maybe that's because mine is a DCAT? Don't know if they are interchangeable?

Which part of Northants did they move to Canada??

OK Dermott, just checked my July 2008 D4D 136 hp and the part number is:

89871 71010

I think your best bet is to PM Kingo on Monday with your chassis number and he can confirm one way or the other. It is possible that the driver was changed between 2007 and 2008............
