Rev 1 And 2 Illuminated Rear Mr2 Badges....

My old import rev 1's rear "MR2" Badge glowed green when you had the headlights on...

this friday a mate of mine was over who also has a rev 1 import turbo.. I noticed her mr2 Badge lights up at night too.. very cool :D my current uk one doesn;t :'(

Anyone seen these??? know where to get them from???

Can it be done DIY ? It's a popular mod on the Sera.

BTW in the UK, you can only do this in Red. Any other colour is illegal.

I have an import and mine doesn't light up do they only come on a certain spec/model???

yeah there was a thread about this a while back, was an option i think for the japanese market. one sold on eBay for around £50!

My mate has the light up panel and will be getting rid for Rev6 lights soon.

I'll be giving him my rev3 centre panel as he doesn't like the blank Rev6 one.

I'll then knick his Rev6 one ..

Leaving one Jap lightable Rev1/2 one if anyone is interested ?
