New Avensis 2Ltr D-4D Problems.

Recently bought a 2007 2ltr D-4D and have noticed a few small problems that i thought someone here may be able to help with.

So its got the air intake hose rattle which I've learnt about on here, just need to find some suitable foam so I can sort it out.

Next problem has got me baffled.......

When I bought the car the satnav system worked perfectly in every way including opening it to insert a CD. Yesterday I decide for the first time to play a CD and guess what, the damn thing won't open :(

It tilts fine, goes back to the home position etc when switched off but it just won't open. Nothing has been changed, no settings have been altered etc.

I've tried disconnecting the car Battery for a while but this makes no difference.

Is there a way of resetting the system ???

And the last little gripe is the heated rear window, soon as I switch this on I get loads of radio interference. Anyone know an easy fix for this ?
