Aygo Go Making A Screeching/metallic Noise When Driving

i have a toyota aygo and today it has started making a metallic/screechy noise when driving.


The noise initially started when i took a left turn up a hill and then continued when driving in a straight line, getting quite loud as i drive. The noise disappears when stopped but as soon as i start to drive the noise begins again.


Car was bought brand new from the dealer in 2011 and has only done 21,000 miles and has passed all its services without any problems.


Any ideas on what this could be?

Hello Ryan - welcome to Toyota Owners Club.

Water pump?

If the car was new in 2011, it will still be covered by the 5 year new car warranty. So take it into a Toyota dealer and let them sort it.
