Shocks

Are KYB shocks anygood? Do they give a harder ride than standard? does any body know of any other decent shocks other than koni`s?

Any help would be appreciated!

The Starlet probably has KYB shocks (big supplier to Toyota) on it already, but KYB may offer uprated ones as well.

kyb do offer an upgreaqd shock for the starlet that is +30% stiffer then standard glanza shox...which should be adiquate...

since uv not got matched springs and shox id recomend the koni top adjustables

they are the best when u fit lowering springs..u can adjust the shox to the spring rate...

kyb has some serious stuff for the starlet.

they are called kyb SR & kyb SS

one is 80% stiffer than stock and the other is adjustable to up to 200 or 250% i dont remmember. the adjustable is almost 700$ US for a set.

I checked out whiteline! They use KYB shocks n the part numbers check out with ma local dealer so i guess they must be pretty damn good if whitelin use them!

Thought whiteline used koni's maybe i'm wrong, if it nis KYB's think they used the adjustable ones.

I'm getting KYBs for the 'seo to fit nicely with my dropzone coils. btw, starletsy, that afatar is freaking me out. In Indiana, we had some HUGE squirrels because the students fed them so well, and they actually got rather agressive.
