What's the difference between organic and ceramatallic clutches ?

Was looking at these clutches.

The guy on the phone tried to steer me towards the organic as apposed to the other one. ( I would be getting either one of the first 2 on the list ).

Any info greatfully received. He's gonna call back with what they have in stock. Hopefully they'll have something !!!

May aswell fit a lightened fly wheel while its open - you should feel a difference with one. £300 sounds about the going rate - not a nice job!!!

The "organic" means it's not been raised on a Battery Clutch farm .. but it's allowed to roam about the field.

Also they don't use pesticides on it ..

it's what Organic usually means ..

Just be thankfull you didn't order an "Orgasmic Clutch" .. they are very noisy and leak quite a bit ..
