Sum1 confused me about these types of Speakers, said i needed a RCA cable to wire them up! Cant u just use normal speaker wire, since they r Speakers

u got 6.5" Speakers (usually in doors) - sometimes even smaller...

u got 6x9" (the eliptic type) usually in the back

and u got 8"-10"-12"-nasty 15"- monstrous 17" subwoofers..

all of them have to be connected using a speaker cable..

the thicker the better :) (well no talways but usually)

please.. dont do that to yourself.. dont hook up a 6x9 to an amp with rca cables :)

rca is used from the preout on the headunit to the amp. speaker cable is then used

Im not using an amp! jus puttin 6 by 9s in the back and wiring str8 to cd player

Then eternity confused me there by mentioning the amp!!

Instead of mountin them in the shelf (due to 10cm Speakers bein there) gona put em in boxes in the boot, make it look nice, carpeted etc etc!! with blue neons. Jus havta design a layout which accomodates Speakers and neons inside!

no matter how good the Speakers are, if its coming from a poor source, then that will be reflected in the SQ

get a good component system in the front

and a fairly good subwoofer in the back..

no need for 6x9'S
