hi all,

was at a mates today. there were 4 of us. me, ed, dave and rob. my car is parked next to daves. dave asks rob to move his car. rob reverses out, but not enough and drives forward into my drivers side wing.

its dented the front wing quite badly and has bent the strip under the headlights. what sort of price am i looking at for the repairs.

rob has said he'll pay for it by the way

Unlucky ed.

I dented the front end of mine last January but been too skint too fix it cos crappy student! I bent the grill surround under the headlights and sadly the bonnet too. Thats the only exterior damage, however a few wee bits underneath are a wee bit dodgy now (nothing that looks too bad though!). I had a quote from a proper repair centre and they quoted at around £2000! :ffs: But they talked about new wings and stuff, I will have a look later to see if I can find the quote so can list panel prices.

What i would do is go and get a estimate from a bodyshop. Perhaps a big well known one. They would then likely be the most expensive. You can then look back and see what the worse case scenario would be. Then shop around for the best quote :thumbsup:
