Baffle plate weeping oil, I am baffled as not many mechanics have heard of this part yet alone fix it, toyota have quoted me over £500 also quoted me nearly £800 for clutch problem high biting point, please can someone HELP!!!

Would have thought any mechanic having access to a copy of the first post could do it.

Presume the Aygo is a manual - if so I'd shop about for a replacement fitted clutch. Of course it would be cheaper if the two jobs were done at the same time.

If you have a new clutch fitted, make sure you get the larger 190mm clutch (as opposed to the original 180mm clutch).
