Oh Dear, What's Happened!

Took my wife's diesel Rav4 XT4 2006 out for a blast to give it a clean out as she does a lot of town driving.

Gave it the welly in 3rd up to 65mph for about 30 secs then all the engine warning

messages lit up. Check VSC, 4wd and engine system.

Stopped, switched engine off and on again but warning message & lights still there.

Any suggestions?

When or have ye ever cleaned oot the EGR, feeb min.....? You will now have a fault code stored one would think.

This is not the only cause for said lights illumifying......have you regularly been using supermarket widdly fuel too....?
