Auris Handbrake

Hi people

Any chance of someone talking through tightening my hand brake....it's weak....obviously the self adjusting thing just isn't kicking in.

Is there play or is it just loose? Mine had play and I found the handbrake mechanism in the caliper wasn't releasing properly.

well i have since found out that it was me being and idiot and changing the pads and putting the hand brake on too soon rather than applying the foot brake before hand...... lesson learned.....remedy wind piston out so its snug on the pad then go for a drive avoiding the hand brake.....all is good now, cheers for the responce mate.
