hi guys new to forum today. But have been looking in for a while. Folding mirror drivers side very slow moving inwards. Any answer to this problem would be welcome. Thank you. t180 2007

Does the folding mechanism need some careful lubrication - though be careful what you lubricate it with.

The passenger side mirror is slow to fold in on my Rav , the wifes always been a bit slow !! Lol !!

Folding mirrors have a small electric motor of the type fitted to toy's. Cleaning the commutator and brushes together with a drop of oil on the bearings usually restores performance. Whilst you're at it - clean the dried out grease from the gear system and re-lubricate.
