Avensis Premium Sound Pack , Any Good?

I think the current sound system in my 2009 tr is pretty lousy sounding and no where near powerful enough . Is the Premium system fitted to t4 (icon +) and tspirit (excel) a big leap in quality and volume ?

I suspect that a fair chunk of any improvement will be due to the extra Speakers (11 v 6 iirc) & I'm not sure how easy those would be to retrofit.

If your TR doesn't have Nav then your options are open to a wider range of aftermarket head units.

Looking to trade in my 09 for a newer model. Play loads of music during my day and if the premium system is a great improvement I would go for a t4 . Throwing extra Speakers at a under powered rubbish amp would not result in a premium product .

On the other hand neither will overdriving the Speakers ...

a newer model is probably going to have a different head unit than the 1 in your current.

The obvious answer is to compare them side by side.
