Rav 4.3 Front Side Light Bulb Replacement

On the drivers side, I can easily remove the loom plug from the back of the bulb fitting but how do you get the bulb out of the back of the headlight unit? Is it simply a twist job? I've given it a good bit of a twist but no movement and I don't want to break anything.

Thanks

John

If I understand you correctly you don't need to remove the loom plug from the back of the bulb fitting but twist/rotate the fitting anticlockwise (maybe 45 degrees) and it will then be completely loose and pulls out. You can then pull the old sidelight bulb straight out.
