Is this like the +20 bhp mods on eBay by any chance?? If so then you have wasted about £9.50 Its a 50p resister from Maplins.

have you put it on a dyno, no graph no power increase, you can easily imagine a power increase using seat of your pants dyno :(

my rev counter is still the same at tick over -auto choke is controlled by hot water entering throttle body , and im using less fuel ,and my pants dyno knows when things are faster ty.

No I'm not saying it doesn't work, IT DOES, but only under certain cicumstances apparently. What I'm saying is that if it is the eBay thing you could have done it much cheaper. The eBay mod is basically a rip off money wise. All you need is a resister (8100 ohm 0.5 watts) that you can buy from places like maplins for about 50p.

'This modification is NOT suggested to do if you have knock !Removed! or detonation. When you are in an environment where the intake air temperature is below 57 °F this modification will not benefit your cars performance. These conditions will hurt performance instead of improving it. ' Sounds a bit scary to me, beware the ides of march! so if its below 12oC you gonna kill your car in winter!
