Toyota Verso Sat Nav Not Finding Location

Hi. I'm very annoyed that my six month old Toyota Verso 'touch and go' sat nav is anything but. It constantly fails to find my location and I was driving down the M4 for an hour the other day before it worked out I wasn't driving through fields in Berkshire. Then randomly it will suddenly find location but by then I am nearly home!! Very useful....not. There doesn't seem to be any way to re-set the unit to see if it is a computer glitch and it will find the location. What is the matter with it. Is it my unit or is there a reset button somewhere?

Can you take the unit out or is it built in?

Have you registered your car here: https://customerportal.toyota-europe.com/login/index.html

If not register your car and then follow the instructions to update your touch and go. this is done via USB and includes software updates and the option to purchase newer maps and APP's for the touch unit.

If the issue persists contact your dealer to investigate the fault further.
