My car came already lowered etc.

But at a guess I would say 35/40mm should be fine.

I *think* some people on here have had it done ( Pizzaboy? ), so they may be able to give you some more information.

Pi spring are good as well as bilstein and Eibach.

Dont buy spax, ive had two sets on two different cars

and find them very bouncy also they have a tendency to break!

If you only want to lower the car then you wont need to buy shocks

but if you want to stiffen the ride then a shocks and springs combo

would be best to buy

Spring prices start from about £100 per set.

Eibach are the daddies .. lowers the car nice .. but for the "full on" droppage you have to go coilovers ..

My tyres are about 1cm off the arches ..

Oh and also .. if you do go coilovers, make sure that the rims still fit the car, you may need spacers or a diff offset alloy.

I found that one alloy wouldn't turn and the other rubbed when cornering .. I got some 5mm spacers from Halfrauds which fixed the job ..
