Yaris 1.3 T-Spirit Starting Problem

Can anyone help please ?

My Yaris 1.3 T-Spirit 06 plate has developed some sort of starting problem.

It doesnt happen all the time .

When you push the start button the engine doesnt turn over , it just makes a quiet ticking sound.

After a while , the engine eventually starts.

Also the airbag light seems to stay on longer than usual.

Does anyone have any ideas please ?

Sounds like the Battery terminals need to be cleaned and reattached.

Get a Battery test done. If its the original Battery its done quite well
