Bad news chaps, the rear windows stopped working! . I can hear all the motor working etc but no movement. I think it's just been fitted badly, put strain on motor etc and something has to go. Will look myself tomorrow, but like most things, got to do it yourself . Just because she's 20 years old doesn't me you don't do it properly tho know what I mean . Any help tips , please .

Mine did the same kind of thing a few years back - fold down gate or lift up??? with the fold down, you can take the door card off and manually move the window up/down depending where its stuck!! there is a scissor system in there to raise and lower - my window had come off the rail. Dunno about the lift up gate - never had a problem since the 3rd gen, touch wood!!

Hi Andy, yes this is the fold down type. I'm hoping for simple fix. I'll take off door card and see what's what. At least I know I can get the thing closed now. Cheers.
