Chain Or Belt

Sorry if this may have been asked before, there are many variations of engine I know and I just want to be sure.

So I bought a Toyota Avensis tourer T4 2009 yesterday from Jemca Reading and when I asked the guy there if it was chain or belt driven he said chain, but in the service book it says change auxiliary belt at 60,000! the engine is a 2.0 valvematic cvt petrol! obviously the newer shape one. Cant believe the spec of this car its massive!

Cheers
