Gear Change Stutter

I have a 2000 1.8 vvti celica. I had a few problems with the car jumping after having the car for a while. I've had a new clutch put in and also had a new maf sensor put in. The problem is that after I change gear the car shudders a bit. It happens in all gears but not all of the time. Anyone know what this can be? I really enjoy driving the car but this is driving me crazy. Any ideas welcome. Thanks Drew
