Price Of Fuel In Thailand

Since I have lived here in Thailand the pound has got stronger against the Thai Baht - by about 10%. That makes the cost of one litre of diesel 57p at todays exchange rate. Yesterday I put in 1,000 Baht (£18.51p) into my Hilux and the fuel gauge went from empty to nearly 3/4. Just what I like to see. When will the British tax payer ever get a break on the price of fuel??

Not my intention dervdave, I love UK but cannot afford to live there on my low pension. Enough is enough for the British taxpayer, fuel costs are too high. Never mind council tax, utility bills. My utility bills here all together come to less than £10 a month - water, electric and cooking gas. My council tax alone was £85 a month for a single bed flat - we don't pay council tax here. Any petitions regarding high price of fuel in UK and I will sign.
