Customer Portal Login Error

Been trying to login to register my Touch And Go but keep getting the message "There has been an error in completing your request , please try again later. "

Its been over a week now and still no joy . Talked to the online help , he was pretty useless/clueless .

No I don't. Just trying register my Touch and Go

You have to register an account , just using your existing mytoyota username and password was where i was going wrong .
