Touch N Go Screen Blackout

Driving home tonight listening to the iPod. Suddenly the screen goes black. Changed mode to the connected Blue toothed phone (music) and still blacked out. Mode change to Radio and it's normal. Still sound but no screen.

Stopped turned off the ipod back on...no change. Turned the car off back on...no change. Third time the car switched on and so did the Touch n Go/iPod. in fact back to normal all the way home.

Weird or what!

Going in for a service in about 4K miles or ten weeks. I'll have them look at it. Anyone else had this? Virtually new ipod classic.

Hi, make sure you get it checked sooner rather than later, I work at a centre and wd have just had to order a new head unit for a new yaris due to the head unit screen failing completely resulting in the screen blackout and also the rear camera not working as well.
