Have I Lost The Plot ?

I have been Club Toyota Member for 22 years but because I have only used tha breakdown service once and only go through the renewal of membership once per year I have no other contact with them.

I dont need them ( ie for help) but they never ever contact me. I have read that they are to cease but no one has notified me!

Why are they taking my money still and am I still covered by AA Breakdown ?

Are they still in business and should I just belong to the AA or RAC independently?

I am only asking here 'cos it ain that easy to get any sense out of the club toyota office.

any advice would be appreciated.

Club Toyota was replaced November/December 2012 by Toyota Rewards and Toyota Roadside Assistance.

When I bought my present Auris in 2012 I had the one year Club Toyota that came with the new car, and I transferred an existing membership - giving me 2 years of Roadside Assistance. My current membership card is still branded Club Toyota and expires October 2014.

Presumably when you next renew (if you do so) your renewed membership will be branded as Toyota Roadside Assistance. In reality there is no difference in the level of service for the breakdown assistance.
