2007 Auris - Whistling Door Mirror?

Hiya fella's,

Picked up my Auris yesterday, (Friday 7th) and drove it to Fife from Manchester. Very very very happy with it, couldnt be more over the moon with it.

However, when I get to around 65-70 MPH, the drivers side mirror whistles because of the air - ONLY the drivers side. Is this something everyone is experiencing or is it just a unique flaw?

I've not suffered this sort of noise from either my 2009 or my 2012 Auris. Just seems to be an occasional issue.

I noticed in the 2013 model that I test drove, it had a whistling drivers mirror. However, when I took delivery, mine doesn't do it, but it does have a little 'fin' on the bit of plastic which attaches the mirror to the door (sorry for the lay speak!) that I hadn't noticed before.
