well u can add an attachment but its limited to about 200k.

just click on the BROWSE button above the add reply button, then point it 2 ur piccy & it'l upload.

If you want to add hi-res pictures to the TOC gallery u'll havta become a member.

The add reply button that appears when ur replying to a post, not when ur lookin at em.
