More Parking Brake Woes

I have just had my 2011 2.2 D4D serviced and MOT'd by the main dealer two weeks ago, I reported at that time that the parking brake sometimes is reluctant to release and took two or three tries before it would release, (very embarassing when the traffic lights have changed and you can't move) when this happens, a short distance down the road I get a single chime from the dash and the yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in lights up and then goes off again.

As I said I reported this at the last service the dealer arranged to collect the car this morning to fit a new actuator, the car has just been returned not repaired, the dealer has been refused permission to repair it by Toyota as no fault codes where stored.

Another very unhappy Toyota customer.
