Dyna 2002 Tipper

I have seen meny folks have had this problem with their dyna but nowhere have i seen a answer to it my dyna revs to 2500 and it will go to 3000 revs if i hold it for about 30 seconds but has a splutter getting there and lots of white smoke then when i back off the throttle it stalls so bypassed the fuel tank and primer pump and fitted a electric fuel pump from a clean can no change i also unbolted the exhaust from the turbo to remove any trouble with the DPF filter havent checked if the cambelts jumped a tooth or if there a breaks in the wireing loom but as it seems a common problem i hope someone can help
