Changing Tyre Ratio On Gen 7?

I'm planning to replace the elderly tyres on my Celica VVTi.
Based on reviews I've settled on Uniroyal RainSport 3s.

Camskill.co.uk never seem to have the matching size (205/50R16 87V) in stock,
so I was thinking of going for the 205/55R16 91V version. They also
happen to be 100€ cheaper a set.

I'm know that with this change there'll be a 3.4% increase in actual speed over the speedo display.

My main question is will this change in tyre ratio impact the handling in any way?
Also, will the increased load rating make a difference of any sort?
