Replace 4a-f With 4a-ge 20v

Dear All,

Please make co-consideration with my topic. I'm looking for a new engine to replace my 4A-F caburetter. So, please see my new below,

1. 4A-GE VVTi (unsure it has "i") 20V with original manual transmission 6sp close ratio.

2. 4A-GE VVTi 20V with modified transmission matching with 4/5 automatic transmission.

3. 3S-GE BEAM VVTi 20V with automatic transmission 5 sp.

4. 3S-GE 16V around 160hp. with automatic transmission 4sp.

I want the new engine must lean, hi torgue with low engine round, and automatic transmission if possible.
