Hi all.

Just to say hi to everyone on here because I have just bought the wife a nice silver 140 2001 vvti celica yesterday with 130k on the clock.

I hope it will run just as good as my Honda has and be a real credit to Japanese reliability!

Hopefully I will be able to help people out if they need help and vice versa.

Thanks for the nice comments people but the Celica has failed me :c Revs high without going anywhere trust me to buy one from London where I couldn't go fast on the test drive.

It is not necessary to have to drive fast to test a car

The clutch can usually be tested by attempting to pull away in 2nd or 3rd gear with the handbrake applied
