Can't Transfer Contacts To Touch

Hi,

I've always had difficulties transferring my phone contacts to the car. Eventually I worked it out with my old HTC Desire. However, I have now switch to a Samsung Galaxy XCover 2 and only two contacts are transferred. Does anyone know if there's an update for the bluetooth?

The Xcover 2 is rugged and withstands sand, dust and water, hence its cover is thicker, more durable than that of the HTC.

With the HTC, I had to set it for "visible to other bluetooh units" but this doesn't solve the problem with the Xcover 2.

The Xcover 2 IS connected as calls go through the car stereo.

I recently came across an issue similar to this, where are your contacts stored, sim card or phone memory? as the Touch & Go can only pull them from the phones memory and not the sim.

If your contacts are all on the sim transfer them to the phone then retry the contacts transfer from the Touch & Go.

Aha!!! I see... was unaware of this. Stored on sim, I think.
