Getting New 2Zzge Short Block, Advice

Ive gotten a new short block for my tsport now, which is bring fitted asap.

Can any one give advice on the following things please :

·Oil grade

·first oil change interval

·Best way to bed the engine in, ie slow eco driving or fast high load

Any help much appreciated

5W-30, I used to use Castrol edge, you should actually change it at 6000 miles interval and just drive it normally for the first 1500 miles

Cheers. By "drive it normally" just gentle driving, no high revs.

I meant to also ask, should i / how often should i use the valve lift?

Let it run in first then give it a long motorway run.
