Hey Gang

Where on earth can i get an electric window module for my MR2?

You know, the bit on the drivers side, with Left and right windows, Lock button, Electric Windows button, Electric window retractor and the Window lock button.

My Passangers window stopped working, so i took it apart and it was all black, must have blown some how.

I havent got a clue where to look for these, apart from a scrap yard, but the closest scrap yard to me is over 50 miles away

Heh,

Fitted my New window Module today, and guess what! the passenger window still didnt work!!!!

So i took both door panels off, tracing the wires to see if they were broken --- No luck!!!!

So then i took apart the Passenger window switch -VOLIA! It was blacker than black could be. Gave it a quick brush with some sandpaper type stuff to make it all shiney again and it worked like a dream!

Waste of £41 and about 4 hours!!!
