Only got 205's on her 17's all round on her rev2 tubby...

I'm sure thats not right... thought you needed at least 215's on the back.

Anyone know?

yeh 2's were diff setup on the f&b.

Either her, or a previous owner has replaced em wrong, quite dangerous that!

yep that setup will be dangerous round corners, especially being a tubby and all, stock setup from rev2 was 195/215 on 15", for 17"s id say go for 205/225 and try and keep the aspect ratio the same

205s .. stick 225's on the rear next time they wear out and it'll be fine.

yeah Andy... there should be a difference of 20 in the size between front and rear.

When I got my car my tyre sizes were wonky... probably contributed to my crash.

Rev1's had 195s front and 205s rear - even the turbo's

The rims should be 1" wider on the back too.

"should" be... but many people don't bother with that. Sometimes it's hard to get the rims in different sizes.

I have told her to take it steady for now... she is giving the wheels to me anyway as she has some new ones coming.
