How To Adjust Handbrake On Avensis 2008?

I need to adjust the hand brake on my Toyota avensis 2008 which has disc pads on the rear but can not find any information for this.

I have seen the topic for the hand brake adjustment for the avensis with shoes is it the same for rear pads?

I would be grateful for any help on this please.

I think that you will find that your car has rear disc brakes but with an internal drum for the handbrake shoes.

Thank you for the reply, I will look more closer next time instead of assuming just discs all around.

Should be discs with integral drum for handbrake on rears. Can be adjusted through a wheel nut hole IIRC, the set-up is similar to regular drum brakes if you're familiar with them, just push the adjuster round a few clicks as normal til wheel locks up then undo a click or two til free. Use a small torch to see the adjuster.
