Hello From Doncaster

Well I've become a Toyota owner again. It's a number of years since I last owned one and the difference between my last toyota and this one is as far apart as you can get. I bought a new Landcruiser Amazon in 2001 from F Cross and. Son (fantastic local family dealer pushed out by Toyotas sales demands).

Today, I placed an order on a new IQ2 .....slightly less commodious than the Landcruiser but hopefully less thirsty!

I am moving from a diesel Smart fortwo which I have really enjoyed over over the last 12 months, I've done 13000 miles in it, used it on all types of road and even been away for a week with it on holiday. I didn't really go looking for another car, I just spotted the Chilli red IQ in the showroom and was taken by it. All the test drive did was emphasise how much more refined the IQ was than the Smart. I was impressed with equipment levels and build quality. A little disappointed by lack of bluetooth but I'm sure I can fit myself something.

I'm picking the car up at the end of the week once it's PDi and registered.
