Registering Touch & Go Plus

Hi,

Just bought a 2 year old Avensis with Touch and Go Plus, I'm trying to register it on the Toyota customer portal but keep getting an error saying device id is invalid.

I'm aware it is case sensitive and have been careful to differentiate between O and 0

Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem?

Cheers, but thats a different problem. I have registered an account and I am able to login, just can't register the vehicle/Touch&Go Plus

Ok solved it. I had put an upper case letter where it should have been lower case. My mistake
