Wow - Tyre Change

Wow is all I can say. Following the advice on here, ditched the run flat discs on my 180 yesterday and fitted some normal Yoko Geolanders

What a transformation to noise levels and the ride quality. Latter is in a different league, with small bumps etc just not noticeable at all

Thanks for the info!

How do you know if your tyres are run-flat?

There is code on the tyres I believe (must admit not sure how to identify it), but I knew that my 180 had no spare and ran with the daft support rings system

I bit the bullet and changed my runflats today. I had Michelin lattitudes fitted . Noticed a vast improvement in ride, reduced road noise and no problem with the tyre pressure system .

A Rav with runflats will have Bridgestone tyres with RFT on the sidewall and the car will have a tyre pressure monitoring system.
