Carina Flat Spot

Has anyone experienced a flat spot (intermittent juddering as though driving in too high a gear for the speed) occurs during all speeds but only after engine reaches temperature. Have taken to Toyota and have replaced fuel filter, coil and Lambda sensor, exhaust and radiator to no avail. Does anyone have have any ideas?

I too am experiencing an identical problem on my Carina E 1.6, Has been causing problems for last 2k miles. Garage changed HT leads and cleaned throtle valve butterfly something! but these don't cure the problem.

Similar thing with my 95 Carina E,

Slight loss of power and shuddering when temp is up after about 4 miles driving, fault with mine is the injector cylinder (blue top)

I am currently trying to source one 2nd hand but very hard to get, must be a common fail part?
