Rav4 Cluster Wiring Layout

Hi Everyone,

I'm just wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram / PIN layout for the instrument cluster on a 2007-2012 RAV4.

I live abroad and my auto electrician does not have access to any information on the UK RAV4's wiring diagrams.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated :)

Thank you for that. I'm not very experienced with wiring diagrams, but I have edited my original post and included two PDF documents. One is the wiring diagram extracted from the site mentioned above. The other is my own pin layout based on that diagram. Can anyone with some experience in this field proof the pin layout?

Not sure what you're asking for - is it to check that the pin orientation aligns with the wiring diagram? More to the point - what's the issue you're concerned about.

The vehicle was originally installed with the Type A cluster. I have since installed the Type B cluster and three key features need to be rewired; 1. RH indicator, Fuel Guage, Temperature Sensor. I believe the harness has slight differences with the wiring between these two clusters.

I'm no auto electrician, so given the above I'm just wondering if the pin layout I've made is even close to being accurate.

Hi Daniel & Other helpers, I Own 2006 Rav4 2.5L AUTO and I have the same problem switching from 2006 (XA02) to 2009 (XA02-A). Like you said RH indicator illuminates solid GREEN, Fuel Guage, Temperature Sensor wont work. Did you find out how to rewire those to get these functions work again ? 

I look for wiring diagram from 2009 Rav4, Cluster type ( XA02-A ).

Seeking help as need to be done asap before holiday.
