Drivers Side Light Panel Replacement 1.8 Vvti 2001

Hi All, Someone damaged my drivers side rear light panel, the small one that fits under the rear light cluster, & carries the 'Avensis' Badge. 1) Has any one changed one of these & knows the procedure? 2) I believe its rivetted in place - is this true. 3) If it is rivetted, could I replace with plastic clips, or simlar, - any idea of the size of fitting?
