Toyota Dealer Won't Service . .

OK it's a Lex but WTF ?

My local Mr T won't service my car because he doesn't have 'the right equipment'

I guess thats the equipment that Lexus centres have which they need to charge £95 an hour to operate compared to the equipment in a Toyota service bay which only costs £65 an hour to use.

Oh and the service book is full of quotes like 'only use Toyota approved oil', 'welcome to the Toyota family' etc. etc.
