Drivers Door Speaker Not Working

Guys

Sorry if its been on before, ( cant find a search box for topics)

Have no sound coming from drivers door speaker, changed Balance control but no difference, Cant find any wires going to the door, Am I stupid or going blind,

So what's the secret??? what am I missing, any help would be appreciated ( cars an 02)

If you look down the hinge side of the door - you'll see a convoluted tube between the door frame and door edge. The various cables including the speaker cables pass through this. Presumably both channels of the rear Speakers are OK - if so the problem is likely to be a loose connection or a damaged speaker.
