Have you updated the phone, what version is it on ?

This combination worked for a friend of mine:

1) Modify iPhone Settings: change the Incoming Calls setting from Default to Headset.

2) Clear the device & rsquo;s memory: wipe the the car system & rsquo;s memory clean, having it “forget & rdquo; all previously paired devices.

After doing the above, pairing with her iPhone was successful

I have 2017 Toyota Yaris my phone is connected and working fine until yesterday when making or receiving calls I can barely hear the person even with the volume on max. I have tried unpairing and reconnecting my phone but still not working. How can I fix this

We have a yaris 2011 SR with tomtom nav, had problems for years with volume on phone bluetooth, sorted, during the call go to Change preferences next page choose volume preferences and increase to desired volume, the problem I had is increasing the volume when phone not in use, this will then only increase volume on satnav hope this helps
