I've had lots of interest in my 56 reg Rav4 XT4 but alas no buyers or viewers for that matter! I've reduced the price to £6245 which can't be bad for a superb condition Rav with lots of genuine Toyota accessories and a new set of Bridgestone Duellers. You can see further details at:

For more information, test drive etc you can message me or phone on 07799646783. I'm near Llangollen in North Wales - less than half an hours drive from Chester.

Maybe its just the wrong time of year for selling a 4x4?

I got a very generous part ex offer for my rav recently though - I suppose it depends on how desperate the dealer is for stock though

Sadly having accessories fitted and new tyres does not get you customers. I would say it is a tad overpriced as you are getting into independent dealer prices without the benefit of warranty etc. Try it at 5995, as selling it at this price will attract people who search for any car say £5,000 to £6,000. They might never have considered a RAV but if it comes up on a search under 6K then you have attracted a whole new set of potential customers, worth a try

I'm not having a go at you Kingo, but you have to agree when trading a car in or selling it, all the genuine extras that us poor suckers put on our cars using our hard earned cash are worthless, but walk around the block and go into a dealer, they just can't wait to sound off the list of extras, I suppose to justify the price tag !! I'm a sucker for putting extras on all my cars, as its really money down the toilet, come the time to part with it, but hey, that's life !!!

Extras are a bit like mileage - if you're part-ex'ing a car then 10k a year is average, but when buying one the average suddenly rises to 12-14k! :g:

Yes I hear you Bobby, but it's not just the motor trade, it happens in all walks of life, caravaning, boats, property you name it

The OP could also put the price of the car UP and give it an extended warranty when it sells, cars with warranty always sell better ;)
