Toyota owner for 2 months now... done a few mods already so I guess its time to join the forum!

So far...

changed the oil and filter

replaced front anti roll bar drop links

back box delete

BSA satin black alloys

painted rear drums gunmetal grey

painted Battery clamp gunmetal grey

painted front wiper arms gunmetal grey

removed bonnet heat/sound insulator

front brake pads replaced

rear yaris Badge delete

underseal rust protector on inside of wheel arches and seams/jack points

rear bumper removed and chassis painted

rear springs painted with hammerite (had MOT advisory for rust)

Next thing is sorting out the boaty suspension and getting some hub centric spigot rings!

It wouldn't be the first time!

Kermit has 164,200 miles, when I bought him, he was around 163,500.

Amazing what a Toyota engine can do with full service history. My previous car (a much newer Renault Megane) had 93,000 when the cam shaft pulleys failed and caused the engine to turn out of time. This happened even though the timing belt had been changed at the right mileage. I blame the guy before me who did the job, I think they didn't replace the other hardware and damaged the guards on the pulleys during the work.
