Lost Keys 2007 Yaris, New Ecu?

Hello, ich lost all Keys of my 2007 Yarsi D4D. I get a new one from the Dealer, but he told me i need also a new Immo ECU. Its very Expensive. Is it possible to put the new Transponder into the ECU? I ve ssen it in a Youtube Video. I ve the same ECU. Does somebody can code it for me? Sorry for my Englisch, its not my origin language.
