Design Flaw ?

With the recent sunny weather, i have noticed that the display screen becomes completely washed out particulalry when the sun is overhead. It looks like the positioning of the display and the angle of the windscreen allows light to fall on the display and the shading around the display is not deep enough to prevent this.

I don't have Sat Nav, but I would think that this could be a problem for drivers who do.

Anyone else experienced this problem ?

Yeah, I must say I have noticed this on occasion, put didn't really pay much attention to it. I would say that there's not a great deal they can do with the effect of direct sunlight on LCD touch whatever. Just learnt myself to wait til i've turned a corner or somethinng.

Have noticed my drivers elec window rattles slightly at 2 inches open, not solid like other toyotas I've had. O well not a big concern tho

best regards
